We may all have used cosmetics more or less, but we don't know enough about the specific ingredients of cosmetics and cosmetic packaging materials. In fact, cosmetic packaging materials are mainly divided into main containers and auxiliary materials. The main containers usually include plastic bottles, glass bottles, and hoses.
1. plastic bottle
Plastic bottles are usually used for relatively thick caps, stoppers, etc. inside those containers, and have relatively strong barrier properties. For the development of this kind of mold, the use of stainless steel materials is more expensive than the use of alloy materials, but it will also be more durable. The specific quantity of production and the choice of materials, according to the demand for production, in general, by the customer to decide.
2. glass bottle
In cosmetics, the selection of glass bottles is more, which is inseparable from the variety of glass bottles, rich processing, and diversification of bottle caps. There are two main types of glass bottles, one is a wide-mouthed bottle, which is mainly used to hold solid paste; the other is a narrow-mouthed bottle, which is mainly suitable for emulsion or aqua products.
3. hose
The hose is mainly divided into single-layer, double-layer and five-layer, of which the double-layer tube is the most commonly used. When a hose of a certain caliber is selected, different lengths represent different capacity characteristics and have different utilities. Compared with the other two containers, the hose has better gas barrier performance, can effectively prevent oxygen and other odors from escaping into it, and ensure good air tightness.
